EPA yesterday said that the finding followed an exhaustive review of the peer-reviewed science and thousands of public comments submitted in an open and transparent process and expressed confidence that the finding would withstand legal challenge.
HO! HO! HO!
If this moronic stupidity passes a legal challenge, it will only add to the list of those folks who will be on the list of those worthy of criminal prosecution, Long prison terms, the death penalty, or all three. Sure, freedom of speech means I can be a vocal proponent of a scam dedicated to the financial destruction of the United States of America and not suffer the consequences we so much desired for its opponents.
