Tampa, Florida - Talk about taking the show on the road.
Déjà Vu, a gentlemen's club located on East Adamo Drive, has started driving what it calls the "Stripper Mobile" around town. The "Stripper Mobile" is a large truck with Plexiglas sides featuring a stripper pole and dancers inside, sort of like a peep show on wheels.

Yeah, more nonstop “wardrobe malfunctions”.
Dang - and I just LEFT Tampa! ;-P
I saw this on an ad for a new TV show:
Husband to wife:
“It’s not a stripper pole, it’s an exercise pole.”
Pole B Gone.

They don’t look anything like the picture on the outside.
IIRC, they tried this in Las Vegas awhile back. Didn’t work in “anything goes” LV; why would these dummies think it would work anywhere else?
Yeah, no kidding. False advertising!
Those have been around for years in Tampa. I hopped on one 20 years ago there. However, I don’t recall being able to see anything from the outside. It looked like a regular RV.
a moving target which has to be stopped. Think ocean casinos that leave state jurisdiction for federal waters. Also if the “mobile” is parked on private land then does it need an occupational license?
If pulled over then the show stops. Do the police have probable case? and for what? abuse of silicone? excessive peroxide?

Geez, looks like a trailer park is missing 5 of its girls.
Viva Mardi Gras!
I live just north of Tampa and I can tell you this area of FL has tons of sex industry. When you take a close look you see it is really destructive of whatever area these “clubs” are in. The owners keep trying to portray themselves as “just another industry” and that they can be classy, but a good look shows it just never is.
The girls work a lot of prostitution on the side and many are enslaved by drugs. They are sad creatures. Unfortunately, like so many young women nowadays, all they can see are the dollars. They can’t see what they are doing to themselves.
Someone in the article described this as a “skank tank”. That sounds pretty appropriate.
