Those who depend on their public school educations for a factual account will always be completely misinformed. In the case of this war there is so much that those folks have never heard or read but is never-the-less very true!

And the loser gets to write the myths which are just as inaccurate. And nowhere is that more true than when dealing with the War of the Rebellion.
