First of all the shoes and socks are *bleeping* ugly and don’t go with the dress (and anything except maybe the grungiest of clothes). As for the rest of the outfit, it looks like something I would have worn in elementary school.

It is photoshopped. The shoes and socks belong to the guy in the white apron, that is the reason his feet have been cut out of the picture.
