One of the first big moves of 2012 -- Mitt Romney Names Matt Rhoades PAC Executive Director: BOSTON -- Mitt Romney's Free and Strong America PAC announced today that Matt Rhoades, who has held senior positions on major presidential campaigns and at the Republican National Committee, will serve as the PAC's executive director. ....................................................
Rhoades, who's moving to Boston, is a well-regarded guy whose return to Romney pretty much confirms what will surprise nobody: That he's running in 2012. He's also, incidentally, been valued for his relationship with a key player in any GOP primary, Matt Drudge.

sorry, but I dont get it (HATARI)?
I may or may not support him when the time comes. It depends on whether somebody better comes along or not. So far, I haven’t seen anyone with a chance of winning.
But, he’s not a socialist. He is not perfect, but he was supported by a lot of very smart conservatives. A lot smarter than the ones who sling crude, ad hominem insults on FR.
Oh, entirely agree. No more “Mitt-wits” :)
If Romney and the GOP insiders think they’ve got the lock for 2012, they are sadly mistaken. The tea party group not only goes after the liberals, but RINOs as well. GOP needs to seriously clear out the cobwebs with some new blood.
After her treatment by the McCain staffers, DC beltway commentarors (Brooks in particular) and CPAC, I’ve stopped sending money to the GOP and now give directly to the candidate.
She is clearly a truther, and she has actually named groups that escaped death because they knew to stay away, like the New York policemen.
Give it up Mitt. You couldn’t even beat the Democrat from AZ last time.
The government run Health Plan in Massachusetts isn’t Socialist? Sure.
She is clearly a truther to those that sniff Charlie Perry’s panties.
I know what you mean, maybe you can get this guy banned and then we can all become romneybots together and be one, within the hive.
"If there is anyone here who doesn't understand why we cannot support a slick socialist politician like Mitt Romney, God help you, but you're on the wrong website. We went through this with the abortionist, gay rights activist, illegal alien supporting, gun grabbing Rudy Giuliani until someone created another website call WAnkers for Rudy and they all flew the coop. Hopefully, before too much FReeper blood is shed, someone will create a WAnkers for Romney site and we can be left to fight the good fight as we see fit!
FR is not for everyone!

Now he is lowest of the low, based upon FreeRepublic poll.
How is Romney’s health care system not socialist? Mandated health care coverage is socialized health care because it amounts to a government mandated tax. Romney is not conservative on social issues, and that might not bother you if you are not a social conservative, but if you approve of Romney’s health care system I do not see how you can count yourself as a fiscal conservative. I guess I am trying to see why you would support Mitt. I think the Republicans should set their sights a little higher than just beating Obama.
So you think that the police were in on it too, like she does?
I agree. Who wants a liberal on the ticket? It will mean another loss. I held my nose the last time around but that will not happen again.
I say take over Congress first, than worry about the Presidential election.
You have really lost your mind.
Romney recently continues to hide behind
women's skirts, as they attack the GOP for the crying coward.
When did the Falconers become “Truthers”? OMG!
they made tough cars then
Mark my words! Romney will be the new Dole and McCain. I don’t know just how the RNC does it, but they will eliminate all others.
