sorry, but that’s not true. The fine is for her contemptuous conduct to the court and has nothing to do with the underlying case she brought. No court is even going to consider that argument.
Not clever at all. Obama's birth certificate or lack thereof is completely irrelevant to the matter which she has been fined for. Unless her defense is that if not for the Birther cause she would not have been out there filing frivilous law suits and inflammatory motions?
