This weekend top global warming expert Professor Phil Jones admitted that global warming was a fraud.

Jones admitted this weekend that there has been no significant global warming in the last 15 years.
But, that didn’t stop these fraudsters from bilking the EU and US for £800,000 ($1,253,624.84) annually for the last 20 years.

Over the last 20-year period, CRU’s budget has been an average of £800,000 per annum which comes from various sources, mainly research grants but also from the European Union and from the US Department of Energy, which has helped fund Prof Jones’ work.
I would like to have Al Gore’s manhood on a platter. The man is no good. RICO here we come.
$1.2 MILLION per YEAR??? For crying out loud, when you factor in all the wasted resources chasing chimera energy sources like solar and windmills, the opportunity cost of not building REAL and reliable powerplants, the shutdown of many new construction projects, the state waste on “energy commissions,” the outlawing of lightbulbs, the insane energy regulations on our buildings and vehicles, the huge price hikes in our food supply because we put food into our gas tanks, the starving of third-world peasants because we chauvinistically put food into our gas tanks, the driving of our jobs to Asia because of lunatic energy regs — the real annual cost has to be three orders of magnitude greater than this.
Wonder whose slush funds those went into?

Right! Not to mention the incalculable costs in loss of freedom! And the sheer aggravation . . .

Gore, et al, seriously need to be brought up on criminal fraud charges.

I think you could fit them on a tea cup saucer, but forget about him. When this blows up he'll just plead 'No Controlling Legal Authority,' move on to his next scam, and the lamestream will cover for him again.

And we are still funding them and others spending billions we don’t have. Not only federal but state dollars are also wasted on this nonsense. This is not “bad science”, or a misinterpretation of data. It is out and out fraud and people need to go to jail for the damage they have done to the economy. A question to ask candidates is whether they will end all funding for CO2 reduction, repeal existing laws based on the fraud, and prosecute everyone that has taken federal or state money for these programs and made any false statements in order to receive it.

It cost way more than that. What about the time taken away from legitimate coarse of study in schools, estimate the theft of otherwise valid time spent elsewhere, in other words, a user cost of wasted time.

The main problem as I see it, Western Governments have already spent the money they were supposed to receive from the AGW based taxes and regulations. This will be worse then when their NINJA driven Housing Bubble burst. When the AGW bubble bursts, entire governments could fall.
What about cost of life?
I almost died if it wasn't for the wife because my inhaler didn't have the fire (delivery) power without the cfc.
That problem is still not fixed.
