Pennsylvania Public Radio's Scott Detrow reports from a conservative event in Harrisburg:
Wurzelbacher touched on several different points during his speech, and many of them were surprising. He said he doesnt support Sarah Palin anymore. Why? Because shes backing John McCains re-election effort. John McCain is no public servant, he told the room, calling the 2008 Republican nominee a career politician.
I pointed out hed just be plain old Sam Wurzelbacher of Ohio Joe the Plumber wouldnt exist without McCain. His response was blunt. I dont owe him s. He really screwed my life up, is how I look at it.
Wurzelbacher said, McCain was trying to use me. I happened to be the face of middle Americans. It was a ploy.
Answer, as long as “Larry, the cable guy” IS LTCG.
Sarah also promised to support McCain before JD Hayworth announced he was running.
Hey Joe, you messed up. Last week you could say bad things about John McCain. But since Palin is supporting John now, you can’t say anything bad about John McCain here anymore, or you’ll get trashed.
Yes, John did use him. He invited him to campaign rallies here in Virginia.
And I bet JOhn hasn’t contacted Joe since then.
Would Joe the Plumber suck from the Socialist teat for a few bucks?
YOU BET !!!
McCain uses and disposes. Sarah will find that out when she goes to AZ and is asked whether she still supports McCain’s position on amnesty. Hayworth and Simcox will not allow her to fudge her answer, since this will be the biggest issue in what promises to be the highest profile primary race in the nation.
I love how all the palanites turn on anyone who might speak ill of Princess Sarah. Kind of funny and predictable.... First VP Cheney and now Joe the Plumber. What a day!!!!!!
Palin will be appearing with McCain in AZ on serveral occasions in April. The MSM will be waiting. Scott Brown is going there as well to support McCain.
I question of her policy advisors. They should never have allowed her to endorse McCain and failing that, to appear with him in AZ. She will be heading into a hornet’s nest. It is totally unnecessary.
Interesting, had he not criticized Palin and just McCain, he’d get kudos.
BLOW ME! Don’t dare to tell me what is in my mind about President Reagan. Take a hike Rino.
You’re a crude excuse for a Freeper. You obviously aren’t used to someone disagreeing with you. I’ll put my conservative credentials up against yours anyday. By the way, you didn’t refute my observation that “in your mind Ronald Reagan was a sell out by naming Bush as his VP”. If you respond to this try to keep your comments on an adult level and not something we read at moveon.org...
Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall,
All the king's horses,
And all the king's men...
Had scrambled eggs.
