Anyway, to be clear, tonight’s incident is a bomb scare.

SNIPPET: “Police shut down Loop 820 at Rosedale Street in Fort Worth on Saturday night after a man and woman arrested at the end of a car chase told officers they had an “incendiary device” in their pickup.”

I am sure it will be open as soon as they determine whether there was a bomb or not and then can remove the vehicle.
Maybe they themselves were the incindiary devices.
