Well, that was not Granoooola.
You used to have to pay up $50K if you wanted to emigrate to Canada. That was during an anti-immigration period.

Red in Blue PA Prediction: That will be the last time they pick someone for the opening ceremonies from youtube.

Jeez. Not even the sixer of Maudite I've consumed has rescued this ceremony... this is a brilliant train wreck. I dunno how anybody is still watching this unless they're drunk.
Oh and here's that jerky Belgian douche.

Japanese live TV just let that Che Guevara + Fat Bastard guy ramble but did not even bother to translate his comments into Japanese, so 80% or so of the country not capable in English would have been spared the lecture. It would have gone right past them. I sensed a one massive toilet break all around Tokyo at about that time.
Now they are back to translating the important closing speeches.

By different you mean AWFUL! This has been one of the most boring..disjointed..opening ceremony I have seen recently...
To: Squawk 8888
Thought so. I have not had any French classes since high school, and that was 10 years ago.
