Where in the relatively recent poll - by America's most accurate pollster - that showed a staistical tie between Palin and Obama was this crucifix of which you speak? I would suggest you offer a critical analysis of the real numbers I posted instead of just surrendering the intellectual argument in favor of insults.
Palin is more like Reagan than you know. Besides the issue agreements, many of us who loved Reagan from the start are re-living the same arguments with the same kinds of folks one generation later. This is deja vu’ to many of us. We hoisted Reagan to the helm against the wishes of folks like yourself, and we'll hoist Palin or whomever carries the Conservative banner best in 2012. We ousted Carter with Watergate in mind and an aged actor/cowboy from thwe fringe as our candidate; we'll oust Obama with the Tea Party supporter from Alaska.
Until you have a better candidate to offer, you're just lambasting a good Conservative and her supporters without cause or purpose. Either bring a better option to the table and state your case, or stop griping about the fact that other Freepers have a pony to back.

Frankly, I think you're wrong. I think she's the most electable candidate we have right now, and that's why the Liberals and their media spend every waking moment of every day trying to take her down. You don't do that to your weakest opponent, you send them money and you laud them - which is why the media gives glowing stories about Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee.
Reminds me of the MSM's courtship of their darling, John McCain. They didn't do hardball reporting of him until he was the (R) nominee. Weakest candidate on our side against their Messiah.
It's the strongest opponent you try to take out as early as you can. All weapons are pointed at Sarah Palin daily, which tells you more than any media-sponsored poll ever will.
