please keep the threads going...at work...cant go to other websites. Thanks...kinda scarey.....i just wonder if our electronic devices went out...how would i reach my kids...i want to have a plan in place, but it would scare them so badly. Any suggestions?

That's something I haven't considered,getting in touch after emp.I live in Australia and I suppose I've lived too long under the assumption it won't happen here.

But hey! FR is certainly the place to find out.

You don’t have to tell the kids any particular reason when you teach them “the plan”. Heck, there’s all sorts of reasons why parents should have plans in place in case of emergency. Earthquakes, power outages, storms, etc.

There are websites that can help you formulate a plan. Just Google it and make on that best fits your family’s needs.
