"Humanely" did make it seem as though a Constitution-backed deportation is "in-humane." I hope she mis-spoke or just wanted to clarify that massive Janet Reno/Elias Gonzales-type of incidents wouldn't occur.
Palin ought merely to state that she "defers to the USCON", but exactly what she means needs to be determined.
