the blue/purple lips might be part of his arabic bloodline...but not sure about the nails...
blue nails in a white person can indicate lung issues..so can nail clubbing
Lately, his smoker’s voice has been more apparent to me. It has always has those annoying whistling s’s, but there’s the added dimension of a certain timbre that I only hear in smokers.
