Unfortunately, this is the sad state of affairs with most billing departments and most companies. Everything is automated and run by foreign or affirmative action automatons. There’s no escaping it.

Well, it is absolutely unacceptable, and it may be one reason why not only children like to use the PRE-PAID, no contract cellular services.

I will not use companies who cannot figure out how to run a competent billing department.
