An 11-year-old girl in the Northeast recently gave birth to a baby boy, the girl’s family told Fox News.
"My daughter and (her) baby are fine, and the baby is absolutely beautiful," said the mother of the 11-year-old girl. The girl and her family are not being named in order to protect the new parent's privacy.
According to Dr. Manny Alvarez, managing health editor of FoxNews.com, the girl’s age places her in significant danger.
"A very comprehensive approach to her care needs to be instituted early in her pregnancy," Alvarez said.

What can I say? How young can her mother be, at only 11 years of age?
Our country is on the demographic death spiral into third world status.
And how exactly did she get pregnant? If it was anything outside of rape, where the heck were her parents?
Believe or not, I’ve seen other people online who actually advocate things like this, trying to pass it off as freedom (apparently, the idea of making someone wait until they can actually take care of a child without being dependent on someone else never crossed their mind).
I can see it now. When the kid is 18 one of his friends is going to ask his mother to their prom.
Where’s the father and why isnt he in prison?
Of course it was rape. She was only 10 or 11 years old at the time.
I must be getting old.
Because more and more, I hear stories that make me find the America of my youth, unrecognizable.
This is one of those times. :(
Put the baby up for adoption, a wonderful family could be found in one day.
I wish I could say I was surprised by this, but where I live this happens on average 3-5 times a year. Right now in the local Primary School, there are 8 children aged 8-9 who’s mothers are all either 20-21. Every one of those children are in Special needs classes because of learning disabilities and developmental delays due to their mother’s bodies not being able to properly handle taking care of two bodies at once. By the way, none of the men who impregnated those girls are in prison or jail for what they did to them.
well, if they want to. So far, you can’t make people put their kids up for adoption.
