The first thing the Repub's should do, send zero a copy of the "U.S. Constitution" and ask him to read it. Then get back with "where" in the constitution the Fed's have any "rights" to take over health care.
They can also ask him to get copies of the Repub's Health Care amendments (voted down by Dems) from Pelosi & Reid.
I would also add that any legislation belongs to the "Legislative" branch (congress).... not the "Executive" branch!! The USA has no KINGs Sir!!!
