GOP should show up with printed copies of their proposals, hand them over, tell Obama to read them and once he has read they will come back for a discussion of the GOP proposals, say thank you, stand-up and leave.

1st sentence in GOP proposal should state there can be no discussion of Health Care Reform until a separate Tort Reform bill is written, voted on, passed and signed into law by the President.

Once Tort Reform is law the GOP should refuse to discuss Health Care Reform because passage of Tort Reform has solved the health care cost problems and no further legislation is necessary.

I think they should have several smaller bills. I’d begin with these.

One for tort reform.

One for tax breaks for families to pay for healthcare.

One to open up the purchase of healthcare across state lines.
