My guess is that the person on the top right, and bottom right, were added in to the photograph.
It seems to be a picture of some of the ‘foreign students’, and maybe the two American looking people were added in for ‘color’.
On other ( non-birther related conservative issues) they are your allies and working hard and effectively. I see their many posts on many other non-birther related topics. And...Many of them are very active in Tea Party rallies, meeting, and promotions ( almost all of this work non-birther related).

The photo is legit, as much as I hate to say it. Note the design on the pantlegs. Enlarging it gives a lot more detail. Both legs are his. And the hand isn't white. The angle of the photo makes it seem that way, but look how bright the white behind him is.
Just put some underwear on under the Kilt.

Those are not the things I noticed.
Notice the left side (picturewise) of Obama’s head. The way his ‘afro’ suddenly ends. It doesn’t do this on the other side.
Just below his ‘afro’ not the vertical object. It does not fit in with the stair step structure. What is it?
Look at the fingers of the girl at the bottom right of picture. Her fingers seem to be ‘cut off’.
It looks to me like the guy (top right) and the girl (bottom right) were added in to the photo.
Obama Sr was NOT amongst the Kenyan students involved in the Sept/59 airlift as reported by the papers of Jackie Robinson who was one of the sponsors of the program along with Harry Belafonte. Obama Sr was already in Hawaii when the first airlift touched down in NYC Sept 9th IIRC, having arrived on the island in June at which time he was interviewed by the local papers, both “The Star Bulletin” and “The Honolulu Advertiser”.
Obama looks a tad over-sized in comparison with the others. It has an odd look to it in terms of density of tone on the gray scale compared to the others, as well.
