I miss sliding down big snowy hills on chunks of cardboard and flying saucers

I'm sure there is a law that forbids that type of activity now.

Re forbidden sliding on cardboard and flying saucers.

A friend tells me that in Meridian Hill Park (aka Malcolm X Park) in DC, large numbers of people were sliding on all sorts of things down a long flight of stairs from the upper level. They were using the above items as well as tire tubes, plastic storage box lids, plain old black trash bags, and even a Flexible Flyer. Hundreds of people in the park and not a law man in sight.
