The Constitution is not a distraction. Your conclusion is illogical considering more people are demanding BO/BS obey the Constitution and that the issue has not yet reached a conclusion.

Nobody said the Constitution was a distraction — but certain uses thereof certainly can be. The proportion of people demanding anything with regard to this issue is miniscule ... which is why it is dead.
