Appearing on HLN's Feb. 4 "The Joy Behar Show," Winstead - co-creator Comedy Central's "The Daily Show," host of a show for the now-defunct Air America radio network and former executive producer for MSNBC's "Weekends with Maury and Connie" - took a critical shot at Fox News host Glenn Beck.
"He should be institutionalized," Winstead said. "First of all Glenn Beck, why is he even on television? I think it's somehow abusive to have Glenn Beck on TV because he seems mentally unstable."

Hell I’m a well known “birther” but I’m not playing the game the left is setting up. And it is a stated goal of the left that they have said they will use in upcoming elections.
Nearly every day, someone from the left calls Beck a birther, and nearly every day Beck proves them wrong. Seems to me that the real morons are those who attack Beck for defending himself from the endless attacks from the far left and the Alex Jones morons on the right.
The thing about Glenn Beck is that he always encourages people to do their own research, to think for themselves, to ask questions and demand honest answers.
That type of approach upsets some people.
Do you include ‘LOL’ in every post? How old are you, 16?

The liberals have the "truthers"... and the conservatives have the "birthers"... LOL...
So go ahead and try. And while you Lefties are at it, try to have those unstable Tea Partiers institutionalized as well.

Beck hangs his dismissal of the “birthers” on the 2 newspaper birth announcements ,, he doesn’t realize that both papers are published by the same company and the birth announcements are always the same in both .. he fails to see that the printed announcement has wrong data and that the announcements are taken from vital stats not hospitals and that a birth phoned in to vital (no matter where or what it represents) gets reported. Beck is wrong in his dismissal and should assign somebody on his staff to get him up to speed on this ... he treats it like it’s a trap ,, to him it might look that way but it sure looks like they’re hiding in plain sight and using intimidation.

Got it. People who question Obamas Constitutional Eligibility. I have no problem with citizens questioning the Government. I do have a problem when government refuses to answer specific questions. I wonder why they would do that? Why would they?

Well, let me tell you what the overwhelming mass of the voting public (including conservatives) will take as a legitimate piece of information in this issue and dismiss all the birthers as crazies for their obsession....

Well?....I see a disconnect.
Beck cries over the Constitution, but then insults the birthers. Gee! The birthers are merely asking that Obama prove his natural born citizenship, and are wondering why Obama has gone to so much trouble tying up federal court and DOJ attorney time to prevent proving he is a natural born citizen.
Another disconnect is Beck's association with Bill OReilly. You can know a man by the company he keeps, so, what's going on here?
So...I think “Beckers” should exercise some caution with this guy.
I don't have TV, satellite, or cable so the only opportunity I get to see Glen Beck is the occasional video clip here on Free Republic, and when we travel and are using a hotel. But...Even in the hotels now there is WiFi and now we watch Hulu.
Will I ever buy a Beck product? Nope! (Not that it matters any to Beck or the “Becker” enthusiasts. )
