The Kennedy political dynasty is shaking in the aftershock of U.S. Sen. Scott Browns earth-shattering election, with a new poll showing U.S. Rep. Patrick Kennedy losing ground as he faces a well-financed GOP foe backed by Browns top strategists.
The WPRI-12 poll showed the Rhode Island Democrat with a 56 percent unfavorability rating in his district - a negative that grows to 62 percent statewide.
Only 35 percent of voters in Kennedys district said they would vote to re-elect him. Another 31 percent said theyd consider a different candidate and 28 percent said they would vote to replace him, according to the poll.
Republican John J. Loughlin II, a veteran state lawmaker, formally announced his campaign yesterday against Kennedy, saying the son of liberal icon Edward M. Kennedy is out of touch with Rhode Island voters as he seeks a ninth two-year term
Hey are you still in Australia? Great country! The leadership made it quite clear to the Muslims if they didn’t like how they ran there country then they need to find another country to go to....He was fabulous in his speech!

The three tramps (”sharpshooters”) were part of the mafia in France from the Port of Marseille. They were “imported” so as to have records that were non-existant in North America. They split up to three separate continents after the assassination.
My husband felt that in addition to actual players from the French mafia, they were also connections in the Kennedy Assassination to the CIA, VP Johnson, and Castro. It is likely no coincidence that George Bush Sr. (also from Texas like Johnson) who at one point headed up the CIA and Ford who headed up the Warren Commission both eventually became President. My husband thought it more than a coincidence that VP Johnson threw a party for the President’s advance team of secret service agents with lots of free liquor the night before the President’s arrival in Dallas. Also, the dallas police were almost all at the Convention center (where Kennedy was headed) instead of being all along the route in Dallas. Also, the route chosen for the President’s limo was allowed to go through Dealy Plaza even though it had to slow down more than is ever allowed by the secret service, something the Dallas police insisted on.
I think the assassination was a done deal when John Kennedy’s father, Joseph P. Kennedy, arranged to purchase the election for his son in Chicago with Mayor Dailey, Sr.’s help (dead people voting multiple times in Chicago). Kennedy took the election with a very narrow margin over Johnson and then (in my opinion) shamed Johnson by offering him the VP position, knowing he really couldn’t refuse. Tha put a very pissed off LBJ within a heartbeat of the Presidency that was actually rightfully HIS.

The numbers are better than they would be under normal circumstances, but the pub candidate has a lot of work to do. The numbers are encouraging, but not great and certainly not in the “win” category yet.
I happen to agree with him. She’s been as quiet and stealthy as a cat waiting to spring on its prey.
Whoa, I didn’t know that! You’re saying Arlen Spectacle was Einhorn’s defense attorney? For real?
I don’t know if I agree with the Camelot analogy, but I can understand it from a public perspective, especially in view of how limited media exposure was then compared to now. JFK and Jackie were a handsome couple. Their young children were beautiful. Jackie was a lovely, demure LADY. Compare her to Manchelle. Hell, compare JFK to zero. I can tolerate the “Camelot” reference in connection with JFK and Jackie, but not with other Kennedys and certainly not with the Marxist, decadent, evil cretins squatting in the People’s White House now.
I think the death of the hiccupping swimmer was the impetus they needed. MA supposedly mourned his deathm but I think that was mainly the political and limo liberal classes. It was probably cathartic for the rest of the people.
Patrick Kennedy is a weak candy ass and the only reason he’s in office at all is because he’s a Kennedy. But “Kennedy” no longers commands what it used to command. About all that Patrick commands is the checkbook he uses to make his rehab payments.
Then how about a Mary Jo Kopechne half-dollar? :)
Goodbye Kennedys —don’t let the door hit ya on the way out.
One MA voter told a TV crew he was voting for Coakley ...........until Patrick and other Kennedys came in to campaign for her.
Said he didn't want them running his life.
Heh----good one.
I agree about the apostrophe. People should ask themselves if there is a need for an apostrophe when they’re tempted to use one.
Another pet peeve of mine — and I see it a lot on here — is that people seem to think that the plural for ist words is the same as the singular. Terrorist, communist, etc. It’s terroristS, communistS.
Okay, while I’m on a roll, I see a lot of could ofs and should ofs rather than could’ve and should’ve. Again, if people would think, they would realize that it’s a contraction for should HAVE rather than an arbitrary use of the word “of.”
Thanks for the opportunity to get that off my chest. :-)
Dad has a tape that he made of witnesses speaking on the radio. Not at all what the report said.
It didn't help that Idiot-Boy couldn't even get the name right of "Marsha" Coakley. Maybe people are realizing what a doofus he is.
Wipe the stain from this corrupt, immoral family from this great nation.
Camelot, rest in pieces.
