Last I heard there was some BIG gap or rather gaps all through Duncan’s Cali fence. Big fancy fence no good with holes left open. Kinda like installing insulated windows, but leaving the door open.

Is it just me or does your Duncan fence photo not look photoshopped?

If we shut down the free med/welfare and anchor-baby enticements and actually give guest workers are legit way to come in, work and go back home without having to hide from LaMigra, the terrorists would not be able to hide amoung the herd.

Just look at her changing statements in the past. For example, look up the aforementioned article “Latinos and the GOP”. She puts on different faces for different audiences and situations.

It does no good to contemplate a guest worker program until you have a way of controlling flow. Why would the fact that cousin Pedro got one of say, 2 million guest worker jobs, keep the rest of gang from coming over and working for non-approved jobs, just like they do now.

And Hunter’s fence doesn’t have any holes in it. The SD corridor used to be numero uno for illegal aliens. It’s reduced the illegal traffic by over 90%. There are GAPS in it, due to the scuttling of the Secure Fence Act.

And it you want anchor babies done away with, sanctuary cities eliminated, and welfare eliminated for illegals, then Hunter is your guy. He was about the only one pushing for that consistently for the last 25 years.

Here’s liberal NPR’s take on it:

You have some good pints and good points about Hunter. He would make a damn good SecDef, but is too dry to get elected to top national office.

A guest worker program backed up with pitbull enforcment toward employers would work for everyone concerned. Very few would be willing to go through all the effort and danger to get here and not get work. I know several Mexicans who work here, some may be illegal, but they all still really love Mexico and would gladly return home and work here as a guest IF they were not afraid of getting caught coming and going (even as legal immigrants). A bonifide guest worker program would take away the incentive to be here illegal.

Think about it, who is going to do the jobs only they will do? Our “come-yets” waiting on reparations? Our snotty nosed spoiled kids who think we owe them an i-pod, a new BMW and designer jeans?

Well here’s one answer to that “who will do the work”. They had thousands line up in Iowa.

I’m not voting for her, but only because she ain’t ready for primetime just yet and we sure don’t need KBH or worse White.

Ever been to one of these “processing plants”? I have and I would pick shite with the chickens before I’d work at one and I’ve had some pretty bad/hard jobs.
Again by them forcing the employer to get rid of the wetbacks they hired at $10, others (probably lots of “legal” Mexicans) @ the regular $18, that proves my point. Bet if you rechecked same plant today, it is again full of wetbacks, because only someone with worse working conditions back home will do this work.
