They don’t like to define their terms much, so the words they use could mean anything.
I have never been able to get them to clarify what searches they use when they search for records for “President Obama”. They’ve never been willing to tell me whether they have index data for Barry Soetoro, etc. They tried illegally changing the rules requiring people to pay for index records searches. $7.50 a pop for them to tell me if Barry Soetoro, Barry Sutoro, Barry Dunham, etc might be the name they’re looking under when they say they have records for “President Obama”.
It’s like trying to nail down jello. lol.
I understand that, but it is all stalling tactics, and as Dr. Fukino being a M.D., I now see that she has been hiding behind the medical term “natural-born” plus what I could not get my head around before the “American” Citizen a term I never seen before!!!
