I seen pictures of him in the Oval office. However, there is one thing in common with nearly every picture of him in the Oval office. There isn’t anything on the desk. I found one picture with a single folder, but most the desk is completely devoid of folders and books. When you see pictures of Bush, Reagan and even Clinton the desk usually looks trashed.

He was put in charge of the Penske file. He transferred the contents over into a nice expandable folder. He's Penske material.
