(Although it would make a LOUD statement if a half-million people broke the same law at the same time!)Add to that the certainty that the area jails could only house a few hundred at any one time for any immediate arrests. However, I doubt that many folks would like to risk the consequences of being one of those few arrested and made examples of. I certainly wouldn't!
