While political momentum is building within the Democratic Party from coast to coast to make the issue of Obama’s claims to be born in Hawaii a litmus test for its political opponents in the 2010 general elections for Congress, a key component in such a strategy has been undermined by the Hawaii Attorney General’s Office.

In correspondence with The Post & Email, Jill T. Nagamine, Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaii, has made it clear that her office will not corroborate or back in any way the July 27, 2009 Statement of Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, which declared Obama Hawaiian-born and a “natural-born American citizen.”

For those who are casually watching this so-called “birther” drama, please keep in mind there are TWO basic groups (and approaches) to those who question Obama’s Eligibility to be president:

1) Donofrio — on it's face, Obama is NOT a “natural born citizen” as he was born a British subject and an American citizen. Whereas Donofrio does not focus on the birth certificate directly, he needs prima facie to help prove his case.

2) Orly — Obama was not born in the US, or at minimum, his birth certificate and other background data is missing, incomplete, or false, bringing great doubt to his eligibility to be POTUS. She and Berg, working separately, also have included Donofrio’s rationale, in hopes that one of either arguments will be picked up by a sympathetic (& reasonable) judge.

What Glenn may be too dull to realize is how devastating to democrats it would have been had the black vote stayed home in 2008, which they surely would have done had Hillary taken the nomination based upon exposing Barry’s ineligibility. The vast majority of black voters would rather ignore the Constitution if it isan ‘esoteric’ point like where their messiah was born. Even hill and sinkEmperor are subservient to larger powers like Soros & co. When Feinstein ‘invited’ Hillary and Barry to her Georgetown Townhouse before super Tuesday, it wasn’t to serve tea and biscuits. They were told the limits that would be tolerated in the primaries because larger agendas were at stake.

McCain, had he been the right kind of candidate, could have then used the birth certificate thing and the Marxist communist past to bring more conservatives to his side and could have won but he is not the right stuff.

Just think what an unfettered Sara or Michelle Bauckman could have done were they the candidate.

They would have exposed him for what he is.

But that is the past.

We have to look to the next election. The 2010 election is going to determine what happens to this country.
