Now Miley Cyrus's nine-year-old sister launches risqué clothing line for pre-teens

Miley Cyrus's nine-year-old sister is set to raise eyebrows again with news she is launching a clothing line for children.

Noah, who is not even high school age yet, is teaming up with best friend Emily Grace Reaves, eight, and Ooh! La, La! Couture designers for the project.

The two youngsters will release the 'trendy, sweet, yet edgy' designs in time for Valentine's Day.

However, parents may raise an eyebrow or two at the grown-up nature of the slightly risqué designs.

But whatever spin is put on it, some will see the venture as a little perverse.

Back in October, Noah caused controversy when she attended a Halloween party dressed in a black lace-up mini dress with PVC knee-high boots.

She completed her overly grown-up look with a face full of make-up and lashings of red lipstick.

According to CocoPerez.com, Reaves, who played Cindy Lou in Hannah Montana: The Movie, wore one of her creations - a leopard-print mini-dress, lace tights and fingerless black gloves - in a promotional video with Noah.

What the hell?

Are they not supposed to be Christians? You let your oldest daughter dance on a stripper pole and now your nine year old looks like a hooker. What great parenting skills.

Poor little girl. Mommy and Daddy are pimping you out already!

Billy Ray and his wife are jack asses. They are ultimately responsible for this and not the kids.

The outfit isn't great but it wouldn't be as bad if she were not wearing those red light district specials on her feet. Give me a friggin break!

Aw, jeez. Nothing good can come of this.

If all children just wore military uniforms, we wouldn’t have to deal with these tacky “creations.”

I wish I could sew, too. I just don’t have it in me. That was not one of the gifts God gave me. Thankfully, I have a mother-in-law that can sew beautifully. Now to convince her that modest dresses are beautiful.

I think that I could sew if I had a good teacher.

My Mom knew how to sew and use the sewing machine but never did teach me. She was probably too afraid to being as though I was so accident prone. She probably thought that I would end up with a sewing needle through the finger if she let me near the machine. She probably would have been right about that too.

LOL!! I managed to make something in home ec class in Junior High but that’s it. Just enough to pass. I’m pretty good at finding bargains so it never made sense to me to make my own clothes. Having girls has changed my view of things, though. It’s not so much about the cost benefit anymore. It’s about the moral upbringing of my girls. I may have to force myself to try. What I’ll probably wind up doing is just buying dresses for my girls from some wonderful mom online that makes them. :0)
