Granted. I just wonder how BOR would explain away the fraud that is quite evident. He clearly does not care and is only interested in pleasing the fraud in the White House.
Every city, county, and state does their own thing so I don’t know how Hawaii might have done it in ‘61. Obviously we can throw in a military registrar to the mix. Who knows if it was the hospital, the city, the county or who signed as the registrar for the twins. Since we don’t have Hussein’s we can’t say for sure who or what department might have signed his.
But, yes, the city (yes, city vital statistic offices exist and existed before ‘61) or county clerk will sign and stamp when they received the document and filed the document. It might not be on the front of the document, perhaps on the back but most definitely in the record book.
Uh, go back and look at the dates on the Nordyke bc. Mrs. N signed Susan’s on 8-7-61. The doctor and local registrar signed on 8-11-61. The other date on it is probably when Susan had to have her bc to enroll in kindergarten (yo, Barry, where’s yours?) because this is a copy of the original and is signed as such from the state on 5-5-66.

I heard this clip on Rush this morning as I was riding about town. I nearly drove off the road I was so surprised.
I find this very interesting a confusing way. Why on earth would Obama bring up the question ( himself! of all people) of his citizenship? It merely stirs up interest in the subject.
My conclusion:
It goes back to Gandi saying that first they ignore, then they laugh, then they fight, and then you win.
The Marxist-fascists **know** that nearly 60% of Republicans either do not believe that Obama was born in the U.S. or ( at minimum) have serious questions about his natural born status. The last poll that I saw at least 30% of the general population have these doubts as well. ( That's a **lot**of independents there in those numbers.)
There is **NO POSSIBLE WAY** that the Democrats can drive around that great big stinking carcass of an elephant blocking the road to the election booths.
So....My theory is that since they can no longer ignore the issue of Obama’s eligibility, they are now deciding to publicly acknowlege that some have questions but they are silly or laughable questions, and those who hold them are “extreme”.
While Obama has been fighting this in the courts most Americans are completely unaware of these court cases and the news has only been publicized through the Internet. If Obama’s eligibility ever does break through the media blockade and get the attention it deserves, the Marxist-fascists will fight it every bit as hard as Clinton did his impeachment.
You’re kidding? In Texas, all I need to do is log on to the DPS website and give them my credit card number. New license comes in the mail.
Thanks. I’ve got a couple others too. It’s hard to tell anything with such a small sample, but everything I’ve seen is for a birth on Oahu. I’ve got 3 long-form BC’s from Kapiolani Hospital. They seem to get their BC’s to the local and state registrar on the same day - always on Friday, except where Friday falls on a national holiday.
There’s one instance in 1972, when both Christmas Eve and New Years Eve were national holidays falling on Friday. The birth was on the Tuesday before Christmas Eve, so they missed sending it in that Friday (Christmas Eve) because of the holiday. Rather than miss it another week, since the following Friday was New Years Eve, they actually ended up sending the BC to the local and state registrar on Thursday, Dec 31.
Again, it’s hard to establish a sure pattern from so few examples, but every Kapiolani birth I’ve seen fits the pattern of them having it signed by doctor and parent whenever but the local and state registrar sign on the same day and it’s always a Friday (except the one mentioned above where the delay is because the offices were closed on Friday for a national holiday). The only alleged Kapiolani Hospital birth which doesn’t fit the pattern is Barack Obama’s.
The other two long-forms I’ve got are from hospitals primarily serving the military - Alan and Coates. One (Alan) was signed by everybody on the same day with the state registrar receiving it a few days later, the other was signed by mom & doctor the day of the birth and signed by both local and state registrar a few days later.
This one (scroll down a few posts) http://forums.military.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/4960045241001/m/3400069332001 shows the “state file number” and other long-form BC’s show the “file number” which follow the same format as the certificate number on the COLB’s. So I think the state file number is the same thing as the certificate number.
When the city or county “files” it they transcribe the information from the document into their record book and create an index for it, including the date that they received it? Is that right? And then they send the original record to the state registrar?
VA lets you renew online maybe once, then you have to go in for an updated photo every X years. My last photo at DMV was at least 12 years ago (our licenses last for years). My own stupid fault .. because I had to go in and just couldn’t find time, it expired and now I’ve had to pay the price with all the ID. But I am now a legal driver!
(VA is particularly touchy about this issue since one of its corrupt DMV employees was selling licenses to the undocumented and others, including several of the 9/11 terrorists)
I know that there are supposed to be 2 newspapers that carried the birth announcements. But, I’ve never seen the names of the newspapers, nor the dates. Never.
No. I’ve got 2 others besides the Nordykes’. That doesn’t include Obama’s because I’m only counting what I’ve got for long-form BC’s, the only way to know what hospital is involved.
Obama’s announcements appeared in Aug 13 Honolulu Advertiser & Aug 14 Star-Bulletin. The Nordykes suddenly appeared in the Aug 16, 1961 Advertiser a few weeks ago.
Ooops.... August 14th for the Star Bulletin, not 11th.
Again, it depends as each office and state does it differently. Normally what happens is a document arrives by hand or by mail to the city’s vital statistics or county clerk’s office and is stamped with the date and possibly the time, and the clerk signs. Sometimes there may another dated stamp as to when it was filed since it could sit in the IN box a couple days.
Xerox was just becoming a viable product right about that time so I don’t know if the Honolulu office would have been using it in ‘61 or not. If so, then great. If not then they would have had to transcribe (long hand it or type it onto their pre-printed forms) it for the record books. Transcribing could lead to mistakes. If the record book was the type that was sewn, obviously it would be handwritten. If it were the kind where pages could be added then it would probably be typed. There would also be one or two more on the back of the page so there could be four to a sheet of paper.
The index would be either in the records book or in a separate index book. The index would be a cross reference by last name and the record book (or volume) and page number of where it is filed. There would be no date on the page but the the record book and the index should have the dates the record book covers embossed, stamped, or handwritten on the front cover and spine. The index would be handwritten:
Jones, Billy B., Jr. vol. 69 p. 37A (A = the right hand page when looking at the book and B = the backside)
Jones, Billy B., Sr. vol. 69 p. 37A
Jones, Mary C. vol. 60 p. 37A (possible maiden name as well)
The original is forwarded by hand or mail to the state. The state informs the city/county of their recorded number. The city/county would usually hand write that number at the top of their record.
I still maintain that Hawaii is lying out their wazoo that any records were destroyed to make way for the digital age.
The head of CNN said that the DOH had told them the originals were destroyed but Okubo quickly walked back from that and said they wouldn’t destroy any original records.
I’d really like to know what was actually exchanged between the CNN head and the DOH. That was when CNN was trying to butcher Lou Dobbs for saying the eligibility question deserves an answer.
My point exactly.
