VALLEJO, CA (KGO) -- Dozens of teenagers saw it happen in broad daylight, but no one has come forward to identify the mob of young people who beat up a Vallejo city worker. Police have released surveillance video to generate tips.

The city worker gets knocked down and eventually a crowd of up to 40 people begin beating the man while he is on the ground.
The victim, a 20-year city employee, was transported to Kaiser Permanente Medical Center Vallejo where he is being treated for his injuries. Police say the mob fractured his skull, broke his jaw and collarbone, and knocked several teeth out of his mouth.
On top of it all, they went through his pockets and stole his wallet, all while people cheered in front of another camera from a bystander who shot video.

If it happened to me I would be dead. So would several of them, but eventually I would lose the numbers game. My only wish is that there would be a witness to the truth that I killed them in self defence.
With all due respect, I'm going to disagree with you and others who mentioned groups like the Amish and Quakers.
Though the stories never mention race, the anecdotal evidence overwhelmingly points Swedish kids. I've been following these "wilding" stories, so I know what I'm talking about.
1) Repeal all the useless gun laws.
2) If not already the law in your area, pass "Castle Doctrine" laws, include vehicles.
2) Offer free basic handgun safety and proficiency training.
3) Make it clear, through posters and other media, that it is LEGAL to kill a dangerous attacker (or a group of them) in self-defense or defense of another, and that no charges will be brought against those who do so.
4) Watch your violent crime rate plummet.
It really is that simple.

If I remember correctly, the city has budget problem, in part, because of the excessive retirement benefits (6 figures) that some city workers receive.
Corrupt government officials, drug gangs, commie school agenda, and then “BAM”, you get total civil breakdown.

About a dozen years ago there was a story of a town bully getting killed in broad daylight in a small midwest town.
Lots of folks in town and none saw who done it.
BUT everyone in town who was interviewed said the bully deserved it.
Were I on a grand jury I would not vote to bring charges.
Were I on a jury I would not vote to convict.
When seconds count, the police are only minutes away.
We were all feeling a bit shagged and fagged and fashed, it being a night of no small expenditure.
Believe that was in Missouri, Joe.
Some areas need to be abandoned. Detroit comes to mind.

My daughter is 11, goes with and shoots a lot.
She never fails to tell me the crap and shocked looks she gets from classmates question, "what did you do this weekend?"...... "Shot a .380.....shot a 22LR....shot a 9mm, etc."
But some positives as well. "Wow! wish I could do that! Can I go with the next time?"
All in all, a lot of fun. Isn't it?
Time to bring in those Canadian NATO troops to take control of Vallejo.
