And turn where for our news?
To: melwFN
And maybe redirect their incoming phone calls, say like Mary L.

And as to staying away from ‘blogs’ Mr. Obama himself is a KosKid:
“Numerous political figures use Daily Kos to publish frequent or occasional content, including consultants, candidates, and sitting members of Congress. Prominent posters include:
....
Barack Obama”

Pres. Obama Tells Dems to 'Turn Off' Cable News, Blogs Most Americans are already "turned off" to the propaganda the state-owned media is force-feeding us and we have already elected to source our news elsewhere.
Obama is telling democrats to do something redundant. His voters are already in the dark about his intentions and their ramifications upon them and his political colleagues are meeting and passing bills in the darkness of night.
I suppose being uniformed of the intentions of this administration and those hired to act within it is precisely what Obama desires of all Americans and those elected as their representatives.
Come November, the lights will go on and voters will be "turned on" and energized, including business owners, the jobless, and all those Fox News viewers fed up to here with the agenda still planned to be inflicted upon us in days to come (amnesty, cap and trade, global warming).

Hey NumbNuts, the topic outside of the "echo chamber"
is politics. Apparently you're not cognizant of that fact! Maybe you should remove your own cranium from the echo chamber you've inserted it into.
That's because
folks do...
frankly...care about the process, majorities and minorities and we know just as much, if not more, than you! "The folks" are
not stupid, no matter how much you wish we were and no matter how much you talk down to us!
And as far as "what's being delivered for me", I know what's being delivered to me...
not a damn thing except perpetual servitude and tax slavery for generations to the almighty fed.god.gov.

I’ve been too busy watching the health care hearings on CSPAN to be watching those other channels.

>>There goes Olbermans last 200 viewers<<
Right. The viewers on MSNBC and CNN hang on every word Obama utters, so they’ll no doubt follow his “guidance” and turn off their sets.
Meanwhile Fox News and conservative radio continue to grow....
Say what you want; he’s no genius, our esteemed President.

Wait a sec - the President of the United States tells citizens not to watch certain TV programming? That smells like censorship by the federal governmasnt to me.
It’s clear that this doofus we have in the Offal Orifice doesn’t have a clue or care about abuse of power.
