Jeb Bush is back, and some think he's looking presidential - ROLLING MY EYES GAG ALERT.

Posted on 02/01/2010 2:48:30 PM PST by RED SOUTH

The capper came Thursday when, at the top of the 7 o'clock hour, right after Vice President Joe Biden, Bush made a rare network television appearance on NBC's Today Show. The intensely private Bush's interview with the overly familiar Matt Lauer rattled Florida political circles.

Was this the beginning of a Jeb juggernaut that would culminate in a 2012 presidential bid?

Now that’s a very interesting post. Certainly not something most conservatives would say.

While I did not agree with some of Bush’s decisions, he will always have my respect and gratitude. History will be kind to him in spite of people who so quickly forget the good things he did. If I could snap my fingers and zap him back into the White House right this minute, I’d do it in a heartbeat.

I don’t care if Bush is the best conservative around. We don’t need to expand on the precedent of a dynasty. I shudder to think of Hillary! following that pattern ... and then being being replaced by Chelsea.

While other families have a family crest, the Bushes have a family carrier:

Let them be satisfied with that.

“Now that’s a very interesting post. Certainly not something most conservatives would say.”

Thanks, but I didn’t think it was that interesting. More of a sidenote question really. And why wouldn’t a conservative not ask that question? What percent of the issues should our candidate agree with conservatives on before we can get behind him or her with our full support?

You can join the thread when we get closer to the anniversary of Terri’s death in March.

Ex-LAPD detective Mark Fuhrman wrote a book about the Michael-Terri situation shortly after Terri’s death.

Okay, just supposing that Jeb Bush does run.
Just supposing that he gets support in the primaries.
Just supposing that he becomes the Republican nominee.

Am I to assume that you folks will write in your dog's
name or some favored candidate that quit the campaign in
February or March like Fred Thompson or Duncan Hunter
did in 08?

Why don't you just go ahead and vote for whoever the Dems
put up. Maybe we can get somebody in there thats worse
than Barak Obama.

I am a one issue voter. That issue is keep Barak Obama or
any other Dem out of the oval office, at all costs.

Mike

Absolutely a NO GO!

Enough with the political dynasties. We do not have kings, we have Representatives of the people. I don't care what family it is, no more.

I am at the point I would prefer candidates NOT from Yale or Harvard! Definitely no CFR types, again I don't care who they are.

A Bush has been on the ballot in 1988, 1992, 2000, and 2004. Then again in 2012?

And that's only counting Presidential elections

Thanks for the invite, but I don’t know that it’d do any good to rehash old wounds. Her story broke my heart and I didn’t even know her.
