Iran Will Deliver Telling Blow To Global Powers On Feb. 11
Press TV ^ | 31 Jan 2010 | Unattributed

Posted on 01/31/2010 6:49:19 PM PST by edpc

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says the nation will deliver a harsh blow to the "global arrogance" on this year's anniversary of the Islamic Revolution.

"The Islamic Revolution opened a window to liberty for the human race, which was trapped in the dead ends of materialism," Ahmadinejad said during a cabinet meeting on Sunday.

"If the Islamic Revolution had not occurred, liberalism and Marxism would have crushed all human dignity in their power-seeking and money-grubbing claws. Nothing would have remained of human and spiritual principles," he added.

Ahmadinejad said that in the three decades of its history, the Islamic Revolution had inspired some great developments in the world.

The Iranian president made the remarks as the 31st anniversary of the Islamic Revolution approaches.

Iranians are expected to pour into the streets on February 11 to celebrate the occasion in public rallies across the country, as they have done annually over the past three decades.

Lighten up..you sound like Irans leader...read your post as if it’s him talking.

Hard to lighten up when throughout history Appeasement has always led to War, with the other side attacking first. .

Yea I was on that one and stunned the press didn’t sya much of anything. Their sciencetist intially inadvertantly blew up something big there, which Israel of course picked up on and went in and took it out. Syria had the ground covered completely in two days. However couple months later IEA had investigated the site and did find nuclear fission material.

Couldn’t believe Israel got away with that without the press being all over it. Furthermore they located who Syrias supplier was....N. Korea.

I Understand that, however at this juncture I wouldn’t call what’s occuring appeasement. Good idea to be as supportive of our troops and what the admin. is actually doing now..let’s just hope this doesn’t play out like the Cuban Missle crisis...few realize how close that came...a push button away.

On behalf of America, to the Ape-man of Iran, I say: Bring it ON!

That sounds great except for the fact that we have a guy at the helm who's not only a pacifist, but a pacifist completely out of his depth. I'm not convinced he would respond in kind even if we were nuked. I'm really not.

Oh, I remember. . You're right. We're past appeasement and preparing for war. God Bless our troops and may cool minds prevail, no matter what our course of action. Would love to be a fly on the wall at some of those meetings going on at this moment. .

This isn’t good...Algeria getiing into bed with Syria, Iran and Russia.

Russia sure is wagging it’s tail for the Muslim countries saying come on over!...their intention of course is to build a collition of ME countries and why they are constantly arming them.

However, the ME countries are just being used...Russia has to do this before it makes it’s mad rush to the south...Algeria will be a part of that final thrust when the time comes...that’s down the road though.

That was a different chemical weapons facility in Syria, which happened I think in July, and oddly Pelosi and some other Rat was there that weekend. The russians and NK scientists were there, IIRC.

They blew themselves up in some weird error.

"It begs the question though, how will our Dear Leader handle whatever happens? A bow and an apology?"

No apology. He will simply assume the Caliphate of the US promised to him by Mach-Mood Armanidinnerjacket.

All throughout my lifetime, Russia always arm the opposition of who we are defending. collectively , the Axis of Evil, yes I said it & mean it, has some collective power, then with China scratching their backs & our debt to China, now THAT is explosive
