If this Admiral is representative of our military's leadership, we're screwed! His head is so far up PC's butt, he just has his big toe left showing.

He's a caricature of the guy in Mars Attacks!! who met the Martians in the desert outside of Las Vegas and got blowed up good.

There’s definitely a reason of incompetence as to why this guy is retired. It is scary that such people inhabit our military “protecting” us. What an embarrassment.
