This statement contains a false and unbiblical premise. God, not man, puts men in power. This includes wicked men like Nebuchadnezzar (Daniel 4, particularly Daniel 4: 35-37) and ultimately Antichrist II Thess 2.
It also contains a blatant self contradiction, when it states “voting is NEITHER a virtue NOR a commandment.” and then asserts that there is a commandment to be obeyed concerning putting men in power by voting.
The position restricts voting to Candidates who are true Christian believers only, since only such can genuinely rule in the fear of God. God alone knows the heart. There are many in the USA who use the Christian faith as a political election tactic. Even the present president nominally claimed to be a Christian. While one may validly question that claim on biblical grounds, erecting a spiritual litmus test for voting has no basis in the word.
The approach taken also ignores biblical context. The statement is made, “The officers of state expressly exercise the ministry of justice (Rom. 13:4). “ This is true, but was spoken by the Apostle of the idol worshiping, murderous Roman Caesars.
I was going to respond to the posting, but then saw that Verk already responded with everything I would have said, only stated much better than I would have said it.
