Democrat Representative Rush Holt from New Jersey's 12th Congressional District ripped a microphone from the hands of a woman constituent at a town hall meeting a few days ago, denying her right to speak further. The town hall in question occurred this past Monday in a Marlboro, New Jersey, middle school. When constituent Rhoda Chodosh got up to ask her question concerning healthcare and also voice opposition to the kind of socialized healthcare that Obamacare is all about, what did she get for her right to be involved in her local community? Bully Democrat Representative Rush Holt ripped the microphone right out of her hands and denied her the right to continue telling her congressman exactly how she felt about his performance!

Holt beat Zimmer by 481 votes. Also noteworthy is this, from wiki: “Redistricting before the 2002 elections made Holt safer, in part by adding much of Trenton.”
It's a pet peeve of mine. In that sweeping statement, many are tarred with the wrong brush since only well informed Freepers are the ones that read it. It implies that they are idiots.
Thanks to gerrymandering this dirtbag congressman is no longer my congressman.

Expanding support for families balancing work with caring for elderly relatives with a $102.5 million Caregiver Initiative adding $52.5 million in funding to Department of Health and Human Services caregiver support programs that provide temporary respite care, counseling, training, and referrals to critical services. The administration says the extra funding will allow nearly 200,000 additional caregivers to be served and 3 million more hours of respite care to be provided. It also adds $50 million to programs that provide transportation help, adult day care, and in-home services, such as aides to help seniors bathe and cook, help which eases the burden for family members and helps seniors stay in their homes.

Confusing. Holt’s webpage says the Jan 26 meeting was a telephone town hall meeting and has a link to the audio. Nothing on there about this townhall meeting referred to in the article.
If they weren’t trying to f**kover the American people he would have no reason to censor her, would he?

So what could you have done.....Grabbed the microphone which in turn would have looked like you were creating a violent situation, and then security would have escorted you out....Or maybe even have placed you under arrest.....If people do not start seeing truth as it is, and voting these communists out we are in BIG trouble.....
