Did he or did he not break any laws? From the sound of his explanation I’d take it he holds that they didn’t, because they weren’t misrepresenting to tamper/break in/bug anything.

But if they didn’t break any laws I’d like them to say so explicitly, and if they did break the law—then they do deserve what the law-breaking brings.

I’d take it there is legitimate basis to the feds holding the videos—or he’d say that there isn’t?

It’s called ‘innocent until proven guilty’. Burden of proving a crime is on the gov’t. The burden of proving innocence is not on O’Keefe.
