“going into the equipment closets would be a no no.”

As would be impersonating a phone repair person. But how serious are these offenses? Are they felonies?

Seems like the more serious charges were dreamed up by the libRATS.

One would think they could have used a better method.

How about setting up a table on the street outside of her office (with a phone available); and invite people to try and call her office?
