McCain: Amnesty Opponents A 'Party of A$$holes'
Diggers Realm ^ | Jan-2010 | Digger

In the new book Game Change there are a number of revelations, gossip and innuendo that are attributed to those who were running for president in 2008. There are two quotes in the book though that I have no doubt were actually made. Both are from Senator John McCain.

The first is where McCain said that those who oppose amnesty for illegal aliens are "going to destroy the f--king party”.

The second is in a call with Senator Lindsey Graham where McCain said in frustration at the rebuke he was getting, "Listen to these people ... Why would I want to be the leader of a party of such a$$holes?". Graham too called those opposed to amnesty bigots.

Now don’t tell me that you “voted for Sarah”, ‘cuz she wasn’t leading the ticket. HE WAAS!

John McCain: “Hey, I’ll bet we’ll get the Hispanic vote if we allow them to invade, displace, rob & stifle the wages of our own people.”

Traitor!

I voted against Obama. What’s your point? That Obama is a better choice than McCain?

An overlooked McCain boondoggle....much like the nonsense that will come out of the senate. J.D. Hayworth is the only way to stop amnesty in the senate!

Pay close attention to the last item:

Sec. 1004. Binational public health infrastructure and health insurance.

Bill to improve health care…in Mexico! McCain strikes again!

What would Americans think, then, of a member of Congress who introduced legislation, not to improve health care in the United States, but to improve health care in Mexico?

Insane? Drunk? Unworthy of public office?

What would Americans think, then, of a bill introduced in Congress that required federal agencies to come up with a plan, not to expand health coverage in the United States, but to expand health coverage in Mexico?

Impossible? Unthinkable? Wildly irresponsible?

What would Americans think, then, of the motives of a senator, who not only introduced a bill to improve Mexico’s health care system and extend coverage to a growing population of 120 million people, but gave health insurance companies the right to help devise the plan?

Blatantly corrupt? Grossly indifferent to the well-being of the American people? Downright treasonous?

Unbelievable as it may seem, the Secure America and Orderly Immigration Act of 2005 contained a provision giving insurance companies the right to help devise a plan for extending US health care to Mexico (Sec. 1004. BINATIONAL PUBLIC HEALTH INFRASTRUCTURE AND HEALTH INSURANCE).

Even more unbelievable, the senator who sponsored the bill is not on the verge of being thrown out of office for this odious piece of legislation. No, the senator who introduced the bill, Senator John McCain of Arizona, is on the verge of locking up the Republican nomination to be our next president[snip]

IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES
May 12, 2005

Mr. MCCAIN (for himself, Mr. KENNEDY, Mr. BROWNBACK, Mr. LIEBERMAN, Mr. GRAHAM, and Mr. SALAZAR) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

A BILL

TITLE X—PROMOTING ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE

Sec. 1001. Federal reimbursement of emergency health services furnished to undocumented aliens.

Sec. 1002. Prohibition against offset of certain Medicare and Medicaid payments.

Sec. 1003. Prohibition against discrimination against aliens on the basis of employment in hospital-based versus nonhospital-based sites.

Sec. 1004. Binational public health infrastructure and health insurance.

Here’s where the RINO’s logic is flawed. They actually believe that the party who achieves amnesty first will garner the support of millions of illegals...which may be true for the (R)... for a couple of elections. The question shouldn’t be “if” (R) will get their support but “for how long”. My opinion, ultimately they will migrate to the Liberal side of the spectrum, but then again I haven’t traveled in South / Central America or Mexico lately or read any polls to see what political system they seem to prefer down there. Anybody know?

He thinks adding 20 million more Spanish-speaking Democratic voters is NOT going to destroy the Republican Party? He thinks the illegals will give credit to the Republicans if amnesty goes through, and gratefully vote Republican as a result? On what planet? That is simply insane. Neither McCain nor Graham nor any of the other amnesty-lover has thought this through.

Considering what we have been doing here in AZ with regards to Illegal Aliens, and the New Proposed Illegal Alien Trespassing Law which will be signed by Jan Brewer, Juan McLame is TOAST. He will either retire this year or be Thrown out
