WASHINGTON (AP) - Just days after President Barack Obama endorsed a partial freeze on domestic spending, his Democratic allies in the Senate have rejected a plan attempting to do pretty much the same thing.

I view Ubama's speech as just another test of the IQ of the American public.
And so many people still fail to see that this administration is just a big bad joke — told at our expense.
If the DemocRATS keep this up there will be a different result come November.
