We really need to ask whether Obozo is “smarter than a 6th grader”????

To botch so completely the import of the SCOTUS decision is pure babble....

one can only wonder in anguish what kind of drivel he presented to law students in Chicago — but then from what I’ve read all he real “taught” was race/gender/class demagoguery and not “constitutional law” at all

the idea that this ranting charlatan in POTUS is truly nauseating

except that the 4 libs on the court can’t possibly agree with his ludicrous statement about the decision allowing foreign funds into US political campaigns

from what I’m seeing, not only is there nothing in the decision to allow that, but it is still specifically banned by US election law

whatever else one thinks of them, the libs on the SCOTUS surely must be embarrassed at the sheer foolishness of Obozo - to lecture them about allowing foreign funding of US campaigns when the decision does nothing of the kind

The big question is whether any of the liberal justices will decide to hang on for a few more terms in the hopes that B. Hussein Obama is a one-term president. He's manifestly unqualified to nominate anyone to the Court...as exemplified by tonight's attack and his nomination of the "wise Latina" who wants to abolish corporate shields.

also, it will be interesting to see whether any/many in the liberal professoriate and media have the integrity to call out Obozo on this point

such sheer demagoguery in the most prominent speech of the year ought to embarrass all but the most fanatical leftists

surely serious law professors strutting around the supposedly “best” law schools must feel extremely uncomfortable at this moment

will any stand up for honesty, intelligence, and competent discussion of the law???? ok, I know that’s a lot to ask of liberals, but good heavens, Obambi totally stepped in it tonight

It is a certainty that if Pres. G.W. Bush or any slightly conservative Pres.. ever uttered such a howler in a SOTU address, that it would be front and center in the MSM dialogue for a long time, and countless law profs would step forward to ridicule such incompetence and idiocy

the double standards of the media and academia will yet again be so obvious as they fail to take on the Obamanation

Waiting until the court of public opinion turns against 0bama. As it definitely is.

Also, in these kinds of circumstances it may often be wise to treat the enemy with gloves until he tips his hand.

He’s tippin’ his hand.

He has now officially dissed the SCOTUS. I don’t think they’re all going to like it.

Read what Schumer and Weiner said about the Supreme Court being wrong. Let’s apply it to Hamadi and other SC decisions by 5-4 votes which gave our enemies constitutional rights.

Alito just opened the door for America to drive a tank over Obama, Holder, Schumer (Little Chuckie), and Little Anthony’s Weiner (A friend of Barney’s Frank).

Ramming Speed!

The ultimate solution to BO will be political as well as Constitutional in nature.

In order for the solution to be effective and lasting, the public needs to be paying attention and behind it all the way.

The public needs to be educated about what is right, and perhaps SCOTUS will be its teacher.

Perhaps certain members of the SCOTUS will now be more receptive to hearing cases about Obama's citizenship?

Forget about the birth certificate. Get Obama and Holder on “high crimes and misdemeanors” including treason, giving aid and comfort to the enemy, lying to Congress, dereliction of duty, and being all around assholes.

Would love to ask Obama, under oath, what his relationship was with a onetime registered Soviet propaganda importing agent and member of the Communist Party in Chicago. Now about that other Soviet agent of influence in Chicago.

of course the Obamanation never really understood much or taught much law, constitutional or otherwise

his specialty was/is the race/gender/class demagoguery of the left

even if he may try to pretend otherwise at times, he is a demagogue in the Chavez mold

Say what you will about Kennedy but he arguably saved us from President Gore. I wouldn’t be surprised uf this draws him closer to the four conservatives.

Mark Levin was speculating with a guest that Kennedy is moving right in reaction to the wise latina's lefty bent.

Well, a competitor for "classiest statement by Obambi at the SOTU" is: "What's in it for me?" when he was referencing healthcare and presuming to speak for the middle class. What in the world? Does ANYONE wake up in the morning and say to themselves, "what's in it for me?" and "what problem is the fedgov going to solve today" or "Obama's gonna pay my mortgage, my gas bill..."

Good, that means they still don't get it. Ben Nelson was counting on Nebraskans being happy with his cute little "what's in it for NB" deal. That blew up in his face when they rightly thought of the nation and how that deal sucked swamp water for the rest of the country.

Obama precipice his scolding of the Supreme Court ruling with “all do respect to checks and balances.” Yeh right, like Obama has respect for checks and balances! From what I have heard, there haven’t been too many times when the President has directly called out a Supreme Court ruling in a State of the Union, especially in such a bold fashion. I think Alito was right to be surprised.

I do agree with the Supreme Court ruling. I think it protects the voice of advocacy groups like the NRA.
I also find it reprehensible that 4 Supreme Court Justices were so quick to ban political ads 2 months before general elections.

With that said, does anyone else have any worries that foreign companies may have greater influence on our elections?

I’m not too concerned, I would support full disclosure laws. I find it hard to believe that an ad from Russia or China would go over to well.

A recent study of corporate campaign contributions reveals that corporations give only 1.2% more to pubs than they do to rats. In contrast, labor unions, which give a bout 1/3 the amount that corporations give, give 92% to rats and 8% to pubs.

They have no beef and they know it. This will simply be used to vilify pubs as being the party of big business when in fact they're equal and the rats receive the overwhelming share of union contributions.

Obama tried to humiliate the Court, on international television. I have never, ever, never seen anything like this before. It speaks to his narcissism, and also his bitterness. It was a HUGE mistake, and I believe the Democrats will long regret it.

The Democrats behave like fools, trash, loud mouths, and harpies.

These are the people you can't stand at a restaurant or other public place. They are the dirt bag relatives who always owe the kind grandfather money, but never pay it back or are grateful. They are the jerks at work who attempt to back stab everyone.

They are without God, and therefore, their sinful nature darkens their hearts even more.

So what do we have? Homosexuals should sodomize each other in the ranks and in barracks? Illegal immigrants should get a free ride for in state tuition, health care, and welfare? Capitalism should be taxed out of existence? Affirmative action gets even more odious?

This guy is a walking disaster.
