at a minimum such a judgment ought to render everyone involved ineligible for any public employment or funding, ever
not to mention that they are unworthy of being employed or funded by any private entity which is not willing to be complicit in their frauds.

It is not known who stole the e-mails.If the e-mails were "stolen" then that means that the owner (the university) is not in possession of them anymore, which is not the case. The e-mails were revealed.
