Yes. Equal pay for equal work is not the same as equal pay for the same work. "Equal work" means work that has equal value, value to be determined by government bureaucrat. I can't see how this will play out, but he keeps saying that exact phrase.

So under those rules a community organizer should be paid the same as a city mayor! Sort of the same job, just without all the responsibility and experience. Obama would think that makes sense! Guess all those extra bureaucrats needed will be part of the 1.5 million new jobs created.
