How can they really say they are children of a patient, merciful God?Their 'god' IS NOT the God of Israel...Abraham, Issac or Jacob. Their god is a sun/moon god (can't recall which).

They don’t. Their “allah” (satan) is hateful and pernicious. They never know what their ‘god’ is going to do one day to the next. Why would you assume that their god had the same characteristics as ours? You’ve unwittingly swallowed that premise.
