Personally I think that this guy should be executed by an intravenous drip of liquid pig fat laced with arsenic into his veins. Should be slow enough to cause extensive pain and last for hours.

Anyone who would torture and kill a 12 yo girl needs to die a death that is both slow and painful. That goes for the killers here in the US also.
