I do not believed that they are duped or unwittingly signed with the leftists [communists]. I believe that they made a deliberate decision on their part to do so.

I would not believe a FBI agent if they stood on a stack of BiBles from here to the sun.

You are assuming that a real crime happened. Since it doesn’t really look like there was a crime ~ except in the mind of an FBI agent, what would there be to sing about?

“I would not believe a FBI agent if they stood on a stack of BiBles from here to the sun.”

Especially since it’s well known the FBI under orders from the AG has been stalking O’Keefe. This is Leftard payback for the ACORN scandal, simple as that, and at the end of the day the whole sorry frame-up may bite the authors of it where it hurts bad.

Guilty or not (my bet is on the latter) it doesn’t change the fact that ACORN is a corrupt gang of thugs hell bent on bringing anarchy to our society. We need to keep the focus on the message that ACORN needs to go.

O-Keefe, this generations G Gordon Liddy? I guess he’ll get a radio show in about 20 years after some jail time...

He has destroyed all the good he did over the last year. The focus will now be on him..not on Acorn. Everything he did will now be tainted and suspect.

And..he had to go and throw the left a bone? We were having a good couple of weeks, now the left has this to beat us down with.

But I’m not going to feel guilty, even though they will insinuate somehow that we are all guilty. I would not have condoned or recommended this course of action. He’s done much more harm than good now.

I am suggesting it (and don’t call me Shirley).

Think it through. The affidavit says that O’Keefe went there alone and waited in the reception area. His two cohorts pretended to be telephone repairmen and gained illegal entry to the building. Possibly O’Keefe knew that it’s a crime to use false pretenses to gain entrance to a federal building. I didn’t know about that that one, but O’Keefe claimed to have checked with lawyers before he made the ACORN tapes, and his actions seem to be legal.

So why would they break this law? Certainly not to attempt to install a wiretap, which any idiot knows is illegal, and especially illegal when done to a sitting U.S. Senator. The posts on the first page of this thread indicate that even if they got access to the panels, they couldn’t have tapped the lines. They could have hacked their way into the system much more effectively.

And then O’Keefe waits in the office to get a video recording of his friends lying to gain access to the panel. If they thought they could obtain recordings of Landreiu’s telephone conversations, the telephone recordings would be enough to prove their point. There’s no need to make a record of the actual wiretap attempt, for that matter, there’s no need to go screw around in that office to find the panel. The office worker said O’Keefe was obviously recording the conversation.

First, he’s drawing attention to himself. Second, he’s potentially compromising his effort if the office worker gets distracted by what he’s doing. All of this argues against recording the interaction between the office worker and the phony telephone repairmen. Something else must argue in favor of it, and silliness doesn’t seem to be a good answer.

I can’t believe some of you people - they should be prosecuted for ALLEGED crimes????

How about prosecuting people for ACTUAL crimes?

With friends like some of you, I sure don’t need enemies.

We’ve all seen how the “state” and its representatives shade the truth, lie, etc. on a regular basis - damn the unsupported negative impression it creates! - yet some of you boneheads are ready to “string ‘em up!”

Get a clue, people. SERIOUSLY.

Agreed. James O'Keefe is INNOCENT until PROVEN GUILTY. I mean, It's good that conservatives are willing to toss this guy aside IF he did something illegal, unlike liberals. But let's get all the facts first before he is thrown in front of a Greyhound bus.

I'd say hold up on the ol Woe is me our party will suffer for this routine. Looks to me like this guy wanted to get caught to prove another point and he could actually have just baited the FBI which in turn will give him a much more vocal format of recognition.

Come on the guy knew he was being watched. Made no secret he was targeting ol Mary for her craptastic behavior. Somewhere in all of this from standing their filming his buds to finally getting caught I think is the real truth and he's going to make sure this time he is seen and heard. I'd say those who think they've uncovered something should play this guy very carefully because his actions are that of a NEON SIGN begging to be caught.

Thanks for the update. The end does not justify the means. The conservative movement always seems to get derailed when momentum starts to swing to our side.

We don,t know what they up to yet. Every one is jumping to conclusions about that.

I think the libs are over reacting and making false charges to hang these guys. Mary Landrie is not a rocket scientist.

In the end we will find that O’keef was railroaded.

He is always 2 steps ahead of the newsmedia and the liberals. He is NOT a dumba$$.

You can bet your ass that within seconds after the story broke obama told Holder to get the sob[his term] that was causing all the trouble.Holder them gave the order to the criminals with badges at the DoJ to get OKeef. And they did.

Damn, what a jerk O’Keefe turned out to be! Now all his credibility goes out the window on the ACORN case & the focus will remain on the fact that he may be (or is) a criminal. What a stupid assinine move this was by these 4 dopes. On federal property, no less. If this turns out to be true, they deserve what’s coming to them. I guess Hannah best watch her step as well. They would just LOVE to rope her into this deal, as well.

I sure hope that this story is not completely accurate.

But it won't change the ACORN fold. ACORN must fold, quickly. Let Hannah and a new, legitimate News Team find the next story......
