This link takes you to a video of Dick Morris explaining the Democrats crafty plan to pass health care. Here are some excerpts of what is said:
President Obama, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid all have agreed to the basic framework of the plan.
Their plan is clever but can be stopped if opponents of radical healthcare reform act quickly and focus on a core group of 23 Democratic Congressman. If just a few of these 23 Democrats are flipped and decide to oppose the bill, the whole Obama-Pelosi-Reid stratagem falls apart.
Heres what I learned top Democrats are planning to implement...

Apparently, Blanche Lincoln has already said no to this so, this probably isn’t going to fly either.
I just went to www.dickmorris.com and found it there.
With all the schemeing and sticking it to everyone they can, will it stand up to court challenges even if it is passed. It is clearly a crimminal attempt as it is.
Blanche the bonehead said no to reconciliation. I think what Morris is talking about is something different. He thinks Pelosi will persuade libs in the House to pass the Senate bill as it is by telling them that the Senate will promise to “fix” it later. Is this possible? Pelosi won’t give up, I’m afraid.
When you read the entire article, it seems that the plot for the House to pass the Senate bill, and make other changes later, could be hampered if just a handful of the 23 wavering dems, who are vunerable, change votes. SanfranNan could lose if only 3 switch, and the other nos do not change.
I take this all these fiendishly hatched schemes pumped in the blogosphere with a grain of salt.
Too many scared lib congresscritters to allow this to happen. Webb from Va already said he’s ready to shelve it. Angry little twirp is scared to death.
I’m glad to hear it. I never quite know what to think of Morris. Like many pundits, his main interest is generating income.
Arrrggggh!
IT’S NOT PASSING “HEALTHCARE”.
That doesn’t even make sense gramatically.
Why does this source and everybody else use this incorrect terminology?
They are attempting to pass health insurance regulations and health industry regulations ... but they are not “passing health care”.
Expanding support for families balancing work with caring for elderly relatives with a $102.5 million Caregiver Initiative adding $52.5 million in funding to Department of Health and Human Services caregiver support programs that provide temporary respite care, counseling, training, and referrals to critical services. The administration says the extra funding will allow nearly 200,000 additional caregivers to be served and 3 million more hours of respite care to be provided. It also adds $50 million to programs that provide transportation help, adult day care, and in-home services, such as aides to help seniors bathe and cook, help which eases the burden for family members and helps seniors stay in their homes.
