Two jurors were excused from the "terror mom" trial yesterday after they saw a spectator point his fingers like a gun and silently curse the jury.
The unidentified man in a white headdress was taken into custody but it was unclear if charges were filed following the incident in Manhattan federal court.

That's only a crime if an elementary kid does that at recess.
This a preview of coming attractions as Obama brings more Muslims to trial.
Sources said the jurors saw a man in the audience motion as if he were firing a gun at them and mouth an obscenity.
“They felt they would no longer be fair,” said Federal Judge Richard Berman, who spoke to the jurors in private.
In a transcript released Monday night, one juror told the judge he was “really freaked out” by the man “pointing in a gun gesture.”
A second juror said he would have trouble keeping an open mind “anytime anyone makes what I view as a death threat.”
The spectator was questioned and then released.
How come these yahoos don’t try that trick on me?
Nothing to see - move along.
There are plenty of real crimes to be concerned with -
like Christians praying in public, people saying "Merry Christmas", evil Catholics refusing to perform abortions and homophobic Boy Scout parents refusing to let their sons go camping with adult homosexuals.

The trial, which is in its second week, is taking place under heavy security in United States District Court, with a metal detector and guards at the courtroom door. Still, there have been breaches. On Monday, Judge Richard M. Berman noted some of them in explaining his ruling against a defense motion for greater public access to the court.
So far, three people have sneaked recording devices into the courtroom, said Judge Berman, adding that one audience member had even passed a cellphone, which is also banned, to a member of the defense team.
The court finds that the additional security measures are necessary, the judge announced.
You have to have a courthouse kind of like the one in Alexandria Virginia which has a 200 meter blastzone.
“The spectator was questioned and then released.” What this puke did is not acceptable behavior in a courtroom. He was attempting to intimidate the jury. Why was he released? If this had been any other kind of case, say, a Mafia prosecution, that spectator would have been, at the least, arrested. Why did this guy get off scot free?
What is WRONG with this picture? Why on earth is this being tried in MANHATTAN of all places????? I know the answer, but it still boggle the mind.

boggle - should be “boggles”.

That — or make the sign of the cross in the air, and calmly and peacefully smile back at him. Bet THAT would send him over the edge!
He got off free because violent threats against infidels are a part of his culture, don’cha know. We have to be more sensitive and listen more.
Everyone knows that free speech for muslim terrorists includes the right to kill Americans. DUH ! ! ! !
Oh we can hardly wait for KSM to appear in a NY courtroom.
By law our courts must be open to the public.
This is a disaster waiting to happen. Who in their right mind would agree to sit on a jury in any of these trials.
More of this crap coming to a courthouse near you!
Thank You fellow travelers, Obummer and Holder.
“Why did this guy get off scot free?”
Because he was a muslim - one of the people of peace - and to press charges would have been racist. Pointing two fingers like a gun at someone is widely know to be a common jesture of friendship and respect in the Middle East - the poor man was only excercising his rights to practice his religion and culture. Shessh.
