Just totally went out cold last night. Dumbstruck!
Not my usual reaction to things, but had to settle me down. Vae napping late now. Played in the rain and had fun today.
Up for later tonight. I have a LOT to say, but no time now.
I checked in to FR earlier today and could not take the wallowing. I am not about doom. We are at war and this is a skirmish. Flesh wounds heal quickly. I have contended with wounds that should have killed me but my will is strong and I am still standing. The real battle is still ahead of us and I will be double-damned if selfpity and pessimism is gonna win this day or any other day.
Today I saw people saying it’s all over. I am here to tell them, and anyone else who thinks it, that this kind of thinking makes it a self-fulfilling prophecy. Believe you are doomed, and you doom yourself. Never give up, and never give in.
